BALTIMORE, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/14 -- BUBBLES, an upscale chain of 38 salons owned by Ratner Companies, has engaged Harvey, an award-winning brand activation agency, to lead a rebrand, which will include a redesign of BUBBLES' website. Ratner Companies is the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country.
The assignment, which came out of a competitive request for proposal process, will include new positioning and a refresh of the look, tone and feel for the brand to help BUBBLES differentiate itself from the competition and increase trial. The Harvey team will also focus on enhancing the salon's website functionality and ensuring it effectively tells the brand's story. Harvey has helped clients like COVERGIRL and Manischewitz navigate and capitalize on the changing shopper marketing landscape and effectively engage with consumers who now shop online, in-store and via their mobile devices.

The assignment will also include in-store experiential elements and events. The program is under development now and is scheduled to launch this fall.
