Pro Teck Valuation Services Announces Todd Gerspach As Chief Operating Officer

WALTHAM, Mass., Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Pro Teck Valuation Services announced today that Todd Gerspach has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

As Chief Operating Officer, Todd will drive the company's operational strategy and will be responsible for the vision, leadership and management necessary to ensure that Pro Teck has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, technological resources and people-systems in place to efficiently and effectively grow. Todd will lead all of Pro Teck's Operations, Information Technology, Product Management and Human Resources areas with a focus on exceeding customer needs.

Todd joins Pro Teck from Express Scripts, a Fortune 20 company, where he served in a number of senior management roles helping to increase revenue and streamline operations. In this role, Todd was integral in managing the post-merger integration of the $29 billion acquisition of Medco, covering 20 locations and 10,000 employees.  He also implemented a Lean Manufacturing transformation during his tenure there. Prior to that, he was with Tempel Steel Company where he was the general manager for Tempel Changzhou and was responsible for integration and management of Chinese operations, as well as market development. Todd has extensive experience in operational excellence, return on investment optimization, business development, and lean organization methodologies.

Todd has a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University; a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University; and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.  He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
