Core-Mark Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/14 -- Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 22, 2014.
