CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/07/14 -- Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE: QIS), a company focused on developing, marketing and implementing its dealership and customer management system, XSellerator, announced today that over 100,000 messages were sent in the month of July through Communicator.
Communicator, an innovative and ground-breaking feature for dealerships to communicate with their customers through email and text, includes automated messaging based on the scheduling and completion of tasks within XSellerator such as scheduled service or sales appointments, completed repair order work, and special order parts arrival. "This is a huge milestone for Quorum and Communicator," stated Maury Marks, Quorum's President and CEO. "In September 2013, Communicator sent out 7487 messages and since we have seen a sharp increase in the volume of messages that our dealers send each month via Communicator. Achieving 100,000 messages in a single month confirms the value our customers find in Communicator. XSellerator and Communicator are transforming how our dealerships interact with their customers, increasing their efficiency and customer satisfaction and the proof is the increased usage of the system," he added.
