Jacobson and Ray Barger, Jr., present the following business impact: "Supplier quality information is critical to corporate quality, supply chain, operations and engineering functions. These functional organizations can leverage supplier quality data to confirm corporate compliance with product and service requirements and regulations."

Michael Lyle, president and CEO, InfinityQS, said, "To ensure quality in the complex global marketplace, manufacturers are looking to gain a better understanding of each aspect of their supply chain.
