The first and most common is the initial Deep Cleaning to set up repeat service.  This type deep cleaning is performed by the same 2 person team who will be with the new customer ongoing. During the initial deep cleaning, specific instructions will be performed and then double checked by the same 2 person team to ensure success.  The customer service hotline will monitor progress and notify the client when the scheduled final inspection between the home owner and their crew will be available, in almost all instances it will be at the original completion time.

The second type of Deep Cleaning is the one time or seasonal deep cleaning.  This type of service is booked via online registration and allows the customer the ability to customize and add on additional services such as interior oven, fridge, window and/or basement cleaning.  Amazon is the type of company that will take 3-5 minutes of the customers time to ensure things go very smoothly the day of by utilizing detailed online registration. Often times, after a new prospective customer has had a one time cleaning performed, they request to have regular repeat service set up.  In these common instances, Amazon Cleaning will assign the same crew ongoing as performed the original cleaning in adherence to the same 2 person team per home methodology that the company provides for all it's clients.
