VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/12/14 -- GVIC Communications Corp. ("GVIC" or the "Company") (TSX: GCT) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.006 per share to shareholders of record on September 12, 2014 and payable on October 3, 2014.
The dividend is consistent with the Company's dividend policy of paying $0.024 per share per annum payable quarterly.
Shares in GVIC are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GCT.
