Performance Brokerage Services Assists with Dealership Sale of San Leandro Nissan to Autocom Group

Performance Brokerage Services announces the acquisition of San Leandro Nissan of San Leandro, California, by Manuel Garrido Perez of Autocom Group. The dealership was previously under the ownership of Keldaneri Corp.

Autocom Group, an automobile distribution company, has over 47 years of experience as an authorized dealer of Nissan, Renault, and Infiniti vehicles. With over 13 Nissan dealerships throughout Mexico, the company currently has a team of over a thousand automobile professionals spread throughout Michoacan, Queretaro, Guanajuato, and Mexico City.

The acquisition was brokered by Performance Brokerage Services out of Irvine, California, a company who specializes in intermediary services to buyers and sellers of auto and motorcycle dealerships.
