"The world is evolving and governments are reinventing themselves, so it's important to prepare public administration professionals for the imminent changes expected in the industry and help them succeed as professionals working at the centre of public policy," says Dr. Michele Lamb, head of the University of Roehampton's Department of Social Sciences. "Building on Roehampton's long tradition in the field of social justice, our current online MPA students will become future drivers of change and contribute to innovative policies whether they're in government, non-profit (including non-governmental organisations) or private sector roles."

The unique design of Roehampton's online MPA programme employs an interdisciplinary approach in which students start by identifying their professional goals, which then act as guides for their educational journey as they learn about planning, delivering and evaluating public policy and services. Unlike some other MPA programmes that teach skills in isolation, Roehampton's integrated model allows students to learn and apply core skills in areas such as strategic management, marketing, financial management, human resource management, ethics and leadership as they proceed through the public policy cycle.

In addition, Roehampton's online MPA has a strong focus on international development. Students will study ways to improve people's lives by critically reviewing various countries' public policies and best practices with peers and faculty members from around the world who share different academic, cultural and industry perspectives. By the end of the programme, students should be prepared to address complex public challenges, understand their practice in context, and function effectively both as agents of change and as public servants implementing the decisions of others.

The MPA programme joins a growing portfolio of online masters degrees including a Master of Arts in Learning and Teaching, Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Master of Arts in Inclusive Special Education, Master of Arts in Technology and Learning Design, Master of Business Administration (MBA)MSc in Project ManagementMSc in Information Systems ManagementMSc in Strategic Human Resource ManagementMSc in Strategic Supply Chain Management and Master of Public Health (MPH), each at an all-inclusive tuition fee of $10,000 USD.

Roehampton Online also recognises relevant work experience in place of a higher degree, such as a bachelors degree, as an alternative route to admission. Through these programmes, adult learners around the world can gain the critical thinking skills and practical knowledge they need to expand their expertise and advance their careers. In a collaborative online environment that fosters learning, students engage with a diverse global community through blogs, message boards and chat groups.

IT data is typically silo'd by the various tools in place. Unifying all the log, metric and event data in one analytics platform stops finger pointing and provides the end-to-end correlation. Logs, metrics and custom event data can be joined to tell the holistic story of your software and operations. For example, users can correlate code deploys to system performance to application error codes.
