ATLANTA, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits, the sales and marketing company for the DGB family of wines, has added a new Chardonnay to its award-winning The Beachhouse portfolio. The addition of a Chardonnay produced and bottled in California is poised to significantly increase sales.
The Beachhouse, an internationally sourced premium wine brand, includes the number one selling Sauvignon Blanc wine in the US from South Africa and has again been named an Impact Magazine 'Hot Prospect' brand. The three-year-old wine brand is growing at an expedited rate with sales at 250,000 cases, half of which are sold in the US.
"The huge success of The Beachhouse wines is attributed to the quality of this brand at its price point. The consumer who wants to 'Sip Back and Relax' will be thrilled with this offering," says Mark Giordano, President of Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits.
The Beachhouse range of wines take their inspiration from the exotic, culturally diverse enclave of food, wine and lifestyle experiences that make up the scenic coastal city of Cape Town, South Africa. Based on the success of the Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa, and the Pinot Grigio from Italy, the launch of The Beachhouse California Chardonnay continues to build The Beachhouse reputation of offering some of the highest quality for its price in the world.
The Beachhouse wines are 'good mood' wines loved by wine consumers. A laidback lifestyle, whether outdoors or indoors, is exactly what The Beachhouse wines deliver to wine drinkers from coast to coast. "Chardonnay from Northern California is the perfect fit for The Beachhouse family of wines," concludes Giordano.
All of The Beachhouse wines retail for $9.99 nationally.
