People StyleWatch launches the first shoppable celebrity-inspired mobile shopping experience, “Meet Your Celeb Style Twin,” on August 15. This mobile commerce experience, powered by ShopAdvisor, enables users to shop fashion, accessories and beauty products based on editorial content, as well as fashion and beauty advertisers, featured in the September issue of People StyleWatch.
Users are invited to take a fun, fashionable quiz to determine their go-to style. Then they are matched to their “twin” member of People Stylewatch’s influential Celebrity Style Council which includes Nikki Reed, Kristin Cavallari and more. Users can then shop their “twin’s” looks directly from the experience, seamlessly exploring editors’ picks as well as products from more than 25 advertisers featured in the September issue.
With four collections to help shoppers find their best celebrity style—Casual Chic, Essentials, Night Out and Work It—users can shop fashion, accessories and beauty products directly from a mobile device in three easy steps. It’s a custom-designed mobile shopping experience just in time for fall shopping.
