Jiayuan to Report Second Quarter 2014 Financial Results on August 28, 2014

BEIJING, Aug. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jiayuan.com International Ltd. ("Jiayuan" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DATE), operator of the largest online dating platform in China, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, before the open of U.S. markets on August 28, 2014.
