Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO), the world leader in serving science, today announced that it has completed the sale of its Cole-Parmer customer channel business to private equity firm GTCR LLC for approximately $480 million in cash.
The business, which was part of the Laboratory Products and Services Segment, had approximately $230 million in revenues for full year 2013.
