NutriBullet Launches the Next Generation of Nutrition Extraction: The NutriBullet Rx

NutriBullet Rx is Nature's Prescription for Optimum Health

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NutriBullet, LLC, announced today the release of the NutriBullet Rx—the most recent addition to the NutriBullet collection of products. Equipped with a 2.3 horsepower motor and SMART technology, the NutriBullet Rx creates the most nutritiously powerful superfood drinks possible. The NutriBullet Rx operates without the use of on/off switches, plungers, speed adjusters, or time settings. Instead, hands-free SMART technology determines the exact RPM and time needed to fully extract ingredients.

Introducing The NutriBullet Rx Nature's Prescription

"In our fast-paced world, stress and poor chewing habits can significantly challenge our body's ability to digest and absorb what we eat. Even those who eat healthfully can have trouble processing and utilizing the full range of nutrients contained within their food," said Colin Sapire, Chief Executive Officer of NutriBullet, LLC. "That's why the NutriBullet Rx is such an incredible tool – it breaks food down into a highly digestible state, making it easier for your body to focus on the absorption part of the equation."

The NutriBullet Rx takes the nutrient extraction concept even further than previous NutriBullet models with an unparalleled extraction ratio — the result of years of research and development by top doctors, nutritionists, and engineers around the world. This model also features a 2.3 horsepower base, single and multi-serve cups, and new 7-minute Heating Cycle, which provides an easy and efficient way for users to consume even more healthy produce. Named "SouperBlasts," the delicious, nutrient-rich soups and sauces created with the NutriBullet Rx's heating cycle combine herbs, spices, nuts, broths, and more to make warm, satisfying nutrient-extracted meals.

The unit also includes a copy of the NutriBullet Rx the Nature's Prescription for Optimum Health user guide and recipe book. "On some level, we all know that certain foods contain cleansing and detoxifying nutrients that our bodies use to regain balance," said NutriBullet Resident Dietitian Sarah Lefkowitz. "The Nature's Prescription for Optimum Health book breaks down the clues exhibited by nature's healthiest foods to help you make informed decisions on what to eat based on your specific health needs."

NutriBullet Rx is available at www.nutribulletrx.com, Macy's, and will be available in most major retailers in Fall 2014.

For better or worse, DevOps has gone mainstream. All doubt was removed when IBM and HP threw up their respective DevOps microsites. Where are we on the hype cycle? Should they be cautious though? Absolutely. The truth is that DevOps and the enterprise are at best strange bedfellows. The movement has its roots in t...

The Jevons Paradox suggests that when technological advances increase efficiency of a resource, it results in an overall increase in consumption. When you focus on a journey from up-close, you look at your own technical and cultural history and how you changed it for the benefit of the customer. This was our starting point: too many integration issues, 13 SWP days and very long cycles. It was evident that in this fast-paced industry we could no longer afford this reality. We needed something that would take us beyond reducing the development lifecycles, CI and Agile methodologies. We made a fundamental difference, even changed our culture...
