Fonemine Has Changed Its Name to MobileForce(TM) Software to Leverage the Strength of Its Product Line and to Align the Company and Its Products Under a Single Brand Name

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - August 22, 2014) - Fonemine Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise mobile application solutions, today announced that the company has changed its name to MobileForce Software Inc. (www.mobileforcesoftware.com). This change is being made to allow the company to leverage the strength of the MobileForce product lines and to align its corporate and product brand identities.

"MobileForce Software will continue to be the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions to our established customer base," said Jagadish Bandhole, CEO of MobileForce Software. "With our solution deployed to thousands of users at G2000 companies driving greater efficiency, productivity and usability, we felt it was a good time to capitalize on the momentum of our product family."

Second, MobileForce's service offerings complement the product lines and offer customizations that further enhance the value of the solution.

"In conjunction with our software development and service strategies, we have been pursuing the development of a strong corporate identity that will accurately represent our company and services to our clients and prospects," stated Bandhole. "While our company name is changing, all core elements of the organization will remain the same.

Along with the name change, the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo and website that can be found at www.mobileforcesoftware.com. The changes are effective immediately, and all future business activity will be undertaken with the new name.
