(Freeport-McMoRan) is mulling the sale of its onshore oil wells in California, in a move that could fetch as much as $5 billion to the Company. ICE's Chief Strategy Officer, David Goone said, "ICE acquired these patents with the goal of preventing third parties from using these intellectual property rights against our customers.
