Miller has an extensive background in the addiction treatment industry. Most recently, she worked with a number of private equity and venture capital firms in a variety of consulting roles which include serving as an industry expert at the New York City investment firm, Castle Harlan, advising them on their behavioral healthcare activities. During her career, Miller has held leadership positions at a number of important treatment organizations, including Smithers' Treatment & Training Center and Freedom Institute in NYC, Caron Foundation, Father Martin's Ashley, and she spent five years at CRC Health Group. In addition, Miller helped establish and served as director of the first treatment center in Russia that employed contemporary treatment protocols. Miller earned Master's and Doctorate degrees from Columbia University.
