R/E Agent Dan Skelly Offers Major Rebates to Vets, Teachers and First Responders

EVERGREEN, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/14 -- Dan Skelly, independent real estate agent at Keller Williams, announced today that his agency is now offering significant rebates to teachers, veterans and first responders when they use his real estate services to buy a home. In addition, Skelly is also offering any teacher, veteran or first responder who is selling their home a 3/4% discount on their broker fee when they use Keller Williams Foothills Dan Skelly. In commenting on his agency's latest promotion Dan Skelly, associate broker, said, "If anyone deserves a discount on their real estate services it is the people that keep us free and safe and teach our children."

Dan Skelly is an Evergreen realtor that specializes in mountain properties. His experience covers all aspects of these unique rural dwellings including wells, septic systems and easements.

Foothillsrealproperty.com, the website operated by Skelly's real estate agency, has also had a recent makeover in order to upgrade the overall functionality and performance of the site and to improve his clients' experience when they research a home in Evergreen. "The fact is that that 90% of all home searches start online, so I felt that it was necessary to have as many valuable resources on my website as is practical," said Skelly.

Skelly emphasizes that these days it is vital to be on top of the latest technology related to your business, which to Skelly means all aspects of the real estate industry. "Every real estate agent has to be tech savvy or they, and their clients, will suffer for it," said Skelly.
