BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 08/25/14 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) and Peapack-Gladstone Bank announce the appointment of Frank S. Bridges as Senior Managing Director, Commercial Lending. A resident of Long Hill Township, New Jersey, Mr. Bridges is now part of the Bank's commercial lending team responsible for new business development and management of the commercial loan portfolio. Frank has a diverse background with excellent management, product knowledge and credit structuring skills bringing to the Bank over 35 years of financial services experience in commercial lending and wealth management in the tri-state marketplace.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bridges has held senior level positions, most recently serving a senior vice president, Commercial Banking - Tri State Region at KeyBank, N.A. in Tarrytown, New York. Prior to that, Frank held key roles as senior sales director in Private Wealth Management at the Bank of New York Mellon, and as senior vice president and group head of New Jersey Regional Commercial Banking at The Bank of New York. There he opened the Bank's first New Jersey Loan production office focusing on diversified middle market businesses. Mr. Bridges long and distinguished career also included positions at Midlantic National Bank and Citicorp/Citibank.
Frank is Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 licensed. His professional development includes BNY Mellon continuing education in Wealth Management and Tax and Accounting as well as Citicorp training programs in Advanced Tax and Corporate Finance, Accounting and Retail Banking. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.
