LOS ANGELES, Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IDrive Inc. a leader in cloud storage and online backup, has experienced strong growth internationally by introducing IDrive Express, a free cloud backup seeding solution, that sends an external drive (up to 3TB) to the customer to upload their data with, and return to IDrive for direct upload. This enables for a faster backup (under a week from device to cloud) compared to backing up over the Internet, which can be plagued by slow upload speeds.
"Since expanding our IDrive Express service to international markets in May, we've received a big uptick in new sign-ups and international inquires," says Raghu Kulkarni, CEO of IDrive. "With this success we have solidified the importance of protecting users' critical files on a global scale and have met their demand while doing it at an affordable cost."
International users who require advanced server backups can also take advantage of IDrive Express as IDrive has recently released an Express plug-in for MS SQL and MS Exchange. Server backups are usually time consuming and even more so with slow upload speeds. IDrive Express is simple and convenient solution to get large amounts of server data to the cloud quickly.
This service is available for free, once a year, for IDrive Pro Personal accounts, and three times a year for Pro Business accounts. It serves customers based in USA as well as the following countries: Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, and U.K.
