Decker & Co Hosts Major Southeast Asian Conference September 8 & 9 in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/14 -- Decker & Co, a leading Southeast Asia/Asian Frontier specialist broker headquartered in Menlo Park, announced today that it will host a Southeast Asian Conference on September 8th & 9th in San Francisco. Senior executives from 17 corporates from Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Sri Lanka will be in attendance. In addition, Decker expects 25 US-based mutual and hedge funds to be in attendance.

The conference, the largest of its kind on the West Coast, will showcase Paul Schulte, CEO and Chairman of Hong Kong-based Schulte-Research, with more than 27 years' experience on both the buy and sell sides covering Asian and emerging markets. Mr. Schulte will be making a presentation based on his latest research. His presentation will cover a range of topics including the end of brick-and-mortar banking and the evolving trend to create technology that replaces labor.

In addition, Rodger Baker, Vice President of Asia-Pacific Analysis at Stratfor Global Intelligence, headquartered in Austin, Texas, will be discussing Stratfor's Fourth quarter geopolitical forecast including recent developments in China, India and the Middle East.
