SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/14 -- Nextivity Inc. today announced that its Cel-Fi all-digital smart signal boosters for the Rogers, TELUS, and Bell Canada networks are now available to Canadian resellers, who are now eligible to join the Cel-Fi for Resellers program. Cel-Fi for the Wind Mobile network will be available by mid-September.
First launched in March, the Cel-Fi for Resellers program for Value Added Resellers (VARs) and custom integrators was developed based on extensive industry feedback and in response to growing interest in a simple and flexible program. Demand from Canadian resellers has been particularly high as they strive to provide reliable and affordable options to customers experiencing poor indoor cellular coverage.
"We're thrilled to add Canadians to our growing family of Cel-Fi resellers, especially since Canada is the first market in the Americas where Cel-Fi is available for all major carriers," said Werner Sievers, CEO of Nextivity. "Cel-Fi provides our partners with the opportunity to expand their business relationships and create valuable new streams of revenue."
Cel-Fi is a carrier-grade, consumer-friendly smart signal booster that can more than quadruple wireless data speeds and eliminate dropped calls for wireless subscribers indoors. Cel-Fi is the only all-digital, plug-and-play consumer signal booster in the market and provides a gain of 100dB, almost 1,000 times more than the industry average.
"Our expanding global footprint is testament to our proven and proprietary technology, which is not only safe for use on carrier networks, but also supports the coverage and performance that people expect from their mobile devices indoors," said Sievers.
Resellers who join the Cel-Fi for Resellers program benefit from one-to-one support from a member of Nextivity's dedicated reseller team in San Diego. In addition, resellers are not required to meet minimum inventory commitments. They can also choose to have Nextivity provide customer support. Cel-Fi units are shipped directly to the reseller for pick-up or delivery, depending on individual reseller policies.
VARs and custom integrators interested in selling Cel-Fi can apply online to join the Cel-Fi for Resellers program: cel-fi.com/reseller. Marketing materials are also available online for reseller and integrator use: cel-fi.com/reseller/marketing-materials-cel-fi-smart-signal-booster. Canadian resellers and customers will also be able to access exclusively Canadian content at www.cel-fi.ca.

Traditional on-premises data centers have long been the domain of modern data platforms like Apache Hadoop, meaning companies who build their business on public cloud were challenged to run Big Data processing and analytics at scale. But recent advancements in Hadoop performance, security, and most importantly cloud-native integrations, are giving organizations the ability to truly gain value from all their data. In his session at 19th Cloud Expo, David Tishgart, Director of Product Marketing ...

As the world moves toward more DevOps and Microservices, application deployment to the cloud ought to become a lot simpler. The Microservices architecture, which is the basis of many new age distributed systems such as OpenStack, NetFlix and so on, is at the heart of Cloud Foundry - a complete developer-oriented Platform as a Service (PaaS) that is IaaS agnostic and supports vCloud, OpenStack and AWS. Serverless computing is revolutionizing computing. In his session at 19th Cloud Expo, Raghav...
