Tony Hawk Joins Sony's Team Action Cam

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sony, a worldwide leader in digital cameras, proudly announces the addition of legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk to the "Team Action Cam" family.  Easily one of the most recognizable action sports figures of all-time, Tony Hawk's signing represents a significant step in Sony's aggressive marketing plans in support of the Action Cam line.

Hawk is joined by fellow legends and action sports innovators Terje Haakonssen and Ricky Carmichael as well as Ryan Dungey, Danny Davis, Gus Kenworthy, Sebastien Zietz, Nigel Sylvester and fellow skater Tom Schaar among others.

Team Action Cam's 27 athletes span skate, snow, ski, surf, BMX, motocross, mountain bike and rallycross.
