AV1 Group, Inc. Signs White Label Agreement With LED Manufacturer to Target Cannabis Sector

CannaLighting Division to Market LED Lighting Under the "GrowthSpectrum" Label to Cultivation Centers

LA JOLLA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/28/14 -- AV1 Group, Inc. (OTC: AVOP), an emerging development company and partner, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a White Label agreement for the marketing and sales of cutting edge lighting equipment rebranded as the GrowthSpectrum Line.

AV1 Group's recently launched CannaLighting Division was recently developed to penetrate the rising cannabis cultivation market with specialty lighting designed to maximize plant health, potency and yield robust productivity. Top quality lighting is vital in the Cannabis industry due to the enclosed nature of the majority of growing operations.

The Company's strategic partnership with the LED manufacturer, branded under the GrowthSpectrum line, allows entry into a fast growing market with minimal overhead. This will enable the Company to spearhead into producing revenue. CannaLighting will be targeting grow houses nationally in an effort to deliver the GrowthSpectrum brand of LEDs.
