NAPLES, Fla., Aug. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- imortgage, one of the nation's fastest growing private nonbank retail lenders, today announced the appointment of Matt McCain as the company's multi-branch manager in the Southwest Florida area. With his appointment, imortgage also announces the opening of two new branch locations to serve Southwest Florida.

Matt McCain joins imortgage in Southwest FL.

As a result, real estate professionals in the Naples and adjacent areas will have immediate access to a full suite of in-house mortgage solutions including loan generation and customization, processing and underwriting to better deliver against the needs of mortgage borrowers.

McCain brings 17 years of mortgage expertise to the company, and is currently building a roster of top-notch, licensed loan officers including Bill Lund, Glenda Weygant, Jeff Columbia, Ann Hills, and Bill Boleyn.

"I was attracted to imortgage because of the unique full-service offerings we are able to provide home buyers and our real estate partners backed by best-in-class customer service," McCain said. "I'm also very excited about our plans to grow and expand the imortgage brand in Southwest Florida, which includes a sizable expansion of our team of mortgage brokers and additional branches in key locations." McCain plans to contribute his lending industry expertise and customer-centric approach to the growing imortgage presence in the area.

"Matt is a top tier mortgage leader in Florida with a wealth of experience that borrowers and real estate professionals will appreciate. His mortgage acumen and expertise will complement our highly experienced leadership team in the Southeastern U.S., and we're very excited to welcome him to the imortgage team," said Paul Ramos, imortgage southeast regional manager.

The Naples-area housing market is one that imortgage has been monitoring closely in recent months. Optimism about local market trends make this the right time to expand in the area. Naples has seen the average price per square foot increase 8.8 percent compared to the same time last year and the median sales price for homes increased 4.2 percent year over year.[1] Unemployment in the Naples area is lower than the national level, ranking 5.8 percent in July vs. the national rate of 6.3 percent. [2] As the economy and housing markets improve in the area, imortgage is ready to support the lending needs of local real estate professionals and consumer borrowers

Mobile, social, Big Data, and cloud have fundamentally changed the way we live. “Anytime, anywhere” access to data and information is no longer a luxury; it’s a requirement, in both our personal and professional lives. For IT organizations, this means pressure has never been greater to deliver meaningful services to the business and customers.
Digital Transformation is the ultimate goal of cloud computing and related initiatives. The phrase is certainly not a precise one, and as subject to hand-waving and distortion as any high-falutin' terminology in the world of information technology. Yet it is an excellent choice of words to describe what enterprise IT—and by extension, organizations in general—should be working to achieve. Digital Transformation means: handling all the data types being found and created in the organizat...
