VISALIA, Calif., Aug. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Valley Commerce Bancorp announced a cash dividend of eight cents per share payable to common shareholders of record on September 5, 2014. The dividend will be paid on or about September 26, 2014. The total amount of the cash dividend will be approximately $233 thousand, an increase of 5% from the dividend paid in June 2014 and a 40% increase from the dividend paid in March 2014. The company's board of directors will consider future cash dividends following the end of each calendar quarter. The company also issued a 5% stock dividend in June 2014. The company's board of directors typically considers stock dividends on an annual basis.
