VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/29/14 -- SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC (TSX VENTURE:SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company"), advises that Nelson Hagerman, Chartered Accountant, has resigned as Auditor of the Company and ArsenaultBestCameronEllis, Chartered Accountants, has been appointed as Auditor of the Company in his place.
There have been no reportable events between the Solarvest and the former auditor, Nelson Hagerman. There have been no reservations in the former auditor's reports in connection with the audits of the two most recently completed fiscal years, and any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an auditor's report was issued and preceding the effective date of the change of auditor.
Solarvest BioEnergy Inc. is an algae technology company whose algal-based production platform provides it with an extremely flexible system capable of being adapted to produce clean energy in the form of hydrogen and health products such as omega oils in an economic and environmentally sensitive manner.
