EasyVista Recognized in the Gartner Critical Capabilities Assessment for IT Service Support Management Tools, 2014

New York, August 29th, 2014 - EasyVista Inc. (www.easyvista.com), a global leader in IT Service and Asset Management solutions, is pleased by its overall performance within the Gartner Critical Capabilities assessment for IT Service Support Management (ITSSM). The Company believes the assessment functionally substantiates many of the core solution capabilities of EasyVista 2013 against a criterion that spans five use cases from basic ITSSM through to delivering IT services and support in the digital workplace.

The assessment was completed against twenty ITSSM products from sixteen of the world's leading vendors, covering providers for low and mid-market organizations to large corporate and enterprise customers. The capabilities tested range from out-of-the-box functionality, core ITIL support processes, such as incident and problem management to ease of administration, integration and social collaboration.
The Critical Capabilities for IT Service Support Management Tools, 2014 recognizes each tool's ability to support typical use scenarios from basic, with some ITSSM capabilities and the ability to integrate with entry level, third party IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions through to advanced, with a full range of capabilities and broader ITOM functionality or integration with enterprise solutions. The Critical Capabilities assessment complements the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Support Management. Both are important decision support guides for CIOs appraising vendors or selecting new solutions. For the vendors listed it is a valuable annual benchmarking exercise for their product and solution fit to market requirements.
