Jeannie Finkel Joins Cydcor as Chief People Officer

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Aug. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cydcor, the leading provider of professional in-person sales teams, announced that Jeannie Finkel has joined its executive leadership team in the role of Chief People Officer. Finkel will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization structures, talent and executive leadership processes that drive Cydcor's future growth.

As chief people officer, Finkel's focus will be to develop long-term strategic plans for growth areas of the company and to develop a comprehensive people strategy. With this strategy, Cydcor looks to achieve its plans of proper career paths, compensation, and personal development to meet the exciting new opportunities in the future.

For the past three years, Finkel was a Partner with a leading global retained search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, active in the Financial Services and Human Resources Officer practices. Prior to joining Heidrick, Finkel was the Head of Human Resources and Administration for Trust Company of the West (TCW), a leading asset management firm. 

As the Chief HR Officer for TCW, she was responsible for planning and implementing a variety of human capital programs including compensation, equity and benefit strategies, as well as recruitment, employee career growth, diversity, and management training and development efforts. Her previous positions included serving as Managing Director, Talent Management Systems and Strategies for a Fortune 100 organization, leading efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, diversity, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

With more than twenty-five years practitioner experience, Finkel is a seasoned senior team executive with expertise in all aspects of talent management. "Jeannie brings a wealth of experience to Cydcor," said Cydcor CEO Gary Polson.
