SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Nam Tai Property Inc. ("Nam Tai" or the "Company") (NYSE Symbol: NTP) today announced that as of August 29, 2014 accumulated total 1,289,000 common stocks had been bought back from the open market at the prevailing market price under its stock repurchase program announced on May 7, 2014. The share repurchase has been conducted in accordance with Rule 10b-18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and is expected to terminate around November 30, 2014.
