Echelon International Marketing Is Proceeding Into the Fourth Quarter Strong

HARRISON, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/02/14 -- Right behind a huge start to the year, Echelon International Marketing in Harrison, NY has seen incredible growth. With new clients and a continued projection of growth, how do they manage to fill the leadership and management roles?

Echelon International Marketing is a locally run Harrison, NY based marketing firm that represents an array of clients ranging from home entertainment to consumer electronics. Opening its doors in 2013, Echelon International Marketing just recently expanded into more locations in the NY area. Their marketing firm focuses on their top employees and cross training them from an entry level marketing and sales position into a management role in under a year. They develop leadership skills and groom them for upper level management. Teaching them to utilize hard work, motivation and a great attitude, Echelon International Marketing makes their training program look seamless.

Having already expanded once in the second quarter of 2014, Echelon International Marketing truly takes training an upper level manager from an entry level position look easy. Their manager Rochelle, from Cleveland, OH, graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BSBA in Psychology. After graduation Rochelle moved to Georgia to help her uncle open a computer technology company. Here she assisted the company in expanding their software products and training methods across the entire Northwest, Southwest Georgia and parts of Alabama. Realizing she had a knack for the business world she started with our Atlanta branch and in only a month was promoted to an Account Manager position. Within seven months, Rochelle moved into an Assistant Manager role where she thrived and expanded into the Branch Manager of the NY location. Rochelle, the Manager of Echelon International Marketing, states that "We believe in investing our time and training to our existing employees and give them the opportunity to be groomed into an Executive Management position. Our goal is for select candidates to complete our training program and ultimately oversee new programs, markets, and locations." As Echelon International Marketing gains new clients and growth opportunities, they need more upper level managers to help with the expansion.

Echelon International Marketing is projecting to expand several more times throughout the year and add on new clients and partners. Currently Echelon International Marketing works with some of the largest box retailers, the leader in satellite television, home entertainment giants and electronics. "There are more clients on the way," states Rochelle, "as we have a proven system to market, sell and promote their products and services." Things are looking promising in the marketing world for Echelon International Marketing as they have several up-and-coming managers on the way. Be on the lookout for more expansions and updates as Echelon International is one of the premier marketing firms in the Tri-State area.
