Docurated, a leading provider of Enterprise productivity solutions, today announced the company is expanding its content management solution with a new offering called Docurated Anywhere. Docurated Anywhere allows Docurated customers and partners to embed the full Docurated experience within systems such as Intranets, Wikis, Microsoft SharePoint sites, Content Management Systems, Workflow Tools, and Customer Relationship Management solutions.
Docurated Anywhere fits into any existing system so that (a) you don't have to support another website, and (b) there is little energy and time spent training users to alter their workflow, habits, or experience. Enterprises can now increase engagement and efficacy of existing platforms while enabling users to connect to the content they need, without any change to user workflow.
“The #1 challenge for enterprises today is the inability to find and use knowledge. CIOs have to support more content, repositories, and collaboration requirements than ever before,” said Timothy Weaver, CIO, Del Monte Foods. “The ubiquitous possibilities of Docurated Anywhere could be a game-changer for IT organizations the world over.”
Speaking from BoxWorks 2014 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. Docurated CEO and co-founder Alex Gorbansky said “The enterprise content storage landscape is becoming more and more heterogeneous. At the same time, IT has invested in enterprise wide portals and sites to enable knowledge workers to quickly find the content they need. The problem with existing systems is that for content to be unified and made easily discoverable and useful, IT has to manually move, organize and tag the content, and train the users in a new way of working. With Docurated Anywhere, IT can immediately turbocharge existing systems with a single interface that connects users to their work related content no matter where it is stored.
Docurated Anywhere seamlessly integrates with existing enterprise Web applications and fully supports LDAP and SSO integration, honoring all existing access control permissions to the file level. Docurated Anywhere is generally available and is already being used by Docurated customers.

With the ultimate customer and IT value in the heart of innovation, Docurated is delighted to announce that we have joined Box and other visionary companies in the User-Centric IT movement. The goal of User-Centric IT is to empower employees to work the way they want: using modern technology, without barriers, with access to information they need to do their jobs from any device, anytime, and from anywhere. Docurated is a connectivity layer between enterprise users and their content, providing sales, marketing, IT and anyone that has ever had to work with documents, a way to find that exact chart or slide in seconds. Docurated works with your existing content stores and uses machine learning to enable your team to find and re-use the most effective content with no manual tagging or uploading. Docurated has been adopted by leading organizations like Del Monte Foods, Netlflix, Rocketfuel, DigitasLBi, Havas, The Weather Company, and many others.
Enterprises can achieve rigorous IT security as well as improved DevOps practices and Cloud economics by taking a new, cloud-native approach to application delivery. Because the attack surface for cloud applications is dramatically different than for highly controlled data centers, a disciplined and multi-layered approach that spans all of your processes, staff, vendors and technologies is required. This may sound expensive and time consuming to achieve as you plan how to move selected applicati...

Too often with compelling new technologies market participants become overly enamored with that attractiveness of the technology and neglect underlying business drivers. This tendency, what some call the “newest shiny object syndrome,” is understandable given that virtually all of us are heavily engaged in technology. But it is also mistaken. Without concrete business cases driving its deployment, IoT, like many other technologies before it, will fade into obscurity.
