CALGARY, Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Ivanhoe Energy Inc. (TSX: IE; NASDAQ: IVAN) announced today that the Company received notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market that it regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule for a NASDAQ listed issuer.
The bid price of the Company's common stock closed at US$1.00 per share or greater for the required 10 consecutive business days from August 18 to August 29, 2014.
