Wilson Electronics (www.wilsonelectronics.com), North America’s leading manufacturer of cellular signal boosters, has been named one of Utah's fastest growing businesses for a second consecutive year.
Utah Business ranked Wilson Electronics number 21 on the magazine's list of the state's top 50 growth companies for 2014, a significant climb from the 43rd position the company occupied in last year’s Fast 50.
More than 550 people, including representatives from Wilson Electronics, gathered recently during Utah Business’ annual Fast 50 event to honor the state’s fastest growing and most promising companies.
“Wilson Electronics is honored to once again be named as one of Utah’s 50 fastest growing companies,” said Robert Van Buskirk, President and CEO of Wilson Electronics. “This award is once again a testament to the continued commitment and dedication of our employees at Wilson Electronics. We continue to invest for growth and to extend our product leadership in an expanding global marketplace.”
The 2014 Fast 50 list was calculated based on five years of compound growth combined with a revenue component. This year’s list had 51 recipients, because of a tie for 50th place. For more information, and a list of the other Utah-based companies included on the list, visit utahbusiness.com.
