2015 Ford Mustang models available now at Mike Castrucci of Alexandria

Local Ford dealership welcomes redesigned pony car to tri-state area

ALEXANDRIA, Ky., Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Completely redesigned for the sixth time in nameplate history, the 2015 Ford Mustang represents a new demonstration of the classic coupe's provocative style and attractive performance profile. Now after several months of promotional build on behalf of the automaker, new models of the iconic pony car are available now near Cincinnati at Mike Castrucci of Alexandria.

Returning to the fastback roofline featured throughout Mustang's historic model lineup, Ford uses the shape of its all-new performance coupe to simultaneously communicate a strong sense of heritage and progress. While each contour of the 2015 Mustang is reminiscent of a style more than 50 years in the making, the vehicle's proportions represent a quality unique to the advancements of contemporary aerodynamic design.

Featuring a stance that is both wider and lower than the outgoing model, the 2015 Ford Mustang mitigates aerodynamic drag like no other pony car in the automaker's history. Functional hood vents and aerodynamic panels mounted underneath the vehicle contribute to Ford's success in this regard. The aforementioned fastback also works to keep the vehicle grounded by channeling airflow down the rear window and over the decklid in a clean and efficient fashion.

Design is not the only context in which Ford's 2015 Mustang marries heritage and progress, however. Though Ford carries over the 3.7-liter V-6 and 5.0-liter V-8 from previous Mustang models, the automaker's 2015 effort does not hesitate to innovate when it comes to engine options. Available with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder that is all-new for the model year, inline-four versions of the 2015 Ford mustang are turbocharged to 310 horsepower and 320 foot-pounds of torque.

Local drivers looking to experience Mustang's blend of power and efficiency are encouraged to find new models at Mike Castrucci of Alexandria. Located in northern Kentucky, Mike Castrucci of Alexandria serves tri-state drivers as a certified destination for Ford and Lincoln sales, service and more.
