Donald Vanarelli, Esq. Announces December Public Appearances

December 3rd marks the first of his upcoming dates as he addresses estate planning for disabled beneficiaries at the 72nd Semi Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum. This event is presented by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Donald Vanarelli will be focusing his talk on the recent developments in planning for disable beneficiaries, including his latest victory in the New Jersey Supreme Court ruling in the case of Saccone vs. Police and Firemen Retirement System.
