Certifi combines payment process with new on-exchange enrollment technology to fight low effectuation rates and high administrative costs

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- During the latest open enrollment season, carriers and other sellers of individual tax-credit eligible plans saw up to 30% of their on-exchange enrollments cancelled before effectuation due in large part to nonpayment of the first premium.  To combat this Certifi has tightly integrated its online premium payment portal to create an end-to-end solution for On-Exchange eligibility verification, enrollment, and payment processing.

The primary goal is to increase the percentage of users that finalize their plan application by enabling immediate payment of the first and ongoing premiums.  This seamless consumer experience increases enrollments for the carrier while also lowering administrative costs of selling On-Exchange plans.
