Capital Teas® Adds Former Teavana® Executive to its Board

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Capital Teas®, a leading American specialty tea retailer, announces the addition of Peter Luckhurst to its Board of Directors. Mr. Luckhurst joins Capital Teas after nine years at Teavana Inc., serving there as Vice President of Stores from 2005-2010 and Executive Vice President of Operations from 2010-2014. Previously, he served at HMV America for 15 years, rising to the level of President. Peter Luckhurst joins a Board at Capital Teas that includes retail expert Michael Smith, co-founder of White House Black Market, retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Ed Straw who also headed global operations for Estee Lauder during his post-Navy civilian career, and Capital Teas founders, Peter and Manelle Martino.
