Entrepreneur Fights Human Trafficking One Bag At A Time

Proceeds From Bee Leaf Concept's Versatile Totes Combat Global Crisis

PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ--(Marketwired - September 15, 2016) - Bee Leaf Concepts announced today the launch of an e-commerce website, showcasing its line of reusable, fashionable shopping and lifestyle bags, while pledging to commit a portion of its proceeds to fighting human trafficking worldwide.

The webstore, located at www.beeleafconcepts.com, features the company's range of versatile totes. Bee Leaf bags have a rapidly growing fan base that love its stylish efficiency while contributing to a greater good.

"Bee Leaf believes people appreciate fashionable, functional and fun choices for their active lifestyles," said Devika Chinapen, owner of the New Jersey company. "Our multifaceted bags are mindful of sustainability, while being committed to our customers' needs and social good. I will commit a portion of my company's profits to end human trafficking until all people are blessed with the opportunity to experience a life rooted in free will."

Bee Leaf stands on the value system it exudes: Belief, Encourage, Empower, Learn, Environment, Attitude and Friendship.

Bee Leaf bags include all-purpose totes, insulated totes and wine beverage totes. The designs have an international aesthetic inspired by Chinapen's personal style enhanced while working, traveling and living abroad during her corporate career.

The company's insulated tote keeps food and beverages cold or hot for hours, making it essential to bring to the supermarket. Holding up to six bottles, the Bee Leaf Wine Plus tote is for trips to the wine store or carrying beverages to a picnic or party. Interior dividers separate the bag into six compartments to protect the contents. As true Bee Leafers know, all of these bags have multiple applications, which have resulted in friendly feedback about "How I use my Bea Leaf" as featured on the #BeeLeafBuzz section of the company website.

The Bee Leaf Kangaroo Karrier Collection is a multi-functional, three-bag nesting system, featuring signature curves unique to Bee Leaf, wooden handles, rigid bottoms for easy loading and adjustable shoulder straps for hands-free carrying.

Bee Leaf customers are part of a global movement to create a better world without giving up fashion while gaining efficiency and ease of use.

"We introduced our fashionable, functional and affordable Bee Leaf line of bags in a soft launch and demand has resulted in our new e-commerce site, which makes our bags available to shoppers across the nation and around the world," Chinapen stated. "Versatile Bee Leaf bags are designed for individuals with an active on-the-go lifestyle. Our customers include people who are committed to making fashion forward, eco-friendly choices as contemporary consumers and people who are committed to social good."

Bee Leafers reduce their carbon footprint by using reusable bags. According to the World Watch Institute, United States consumers use 100 billion plastic shopping bags annually, most of which end up in landfills or the ocean. Every year, America produces more than 10 billion paper shopping bags, resulting in the over-harvesting of forests and adding to additional air pollution from manufacturing factories.

The packing and shipping of Bee Leaf bags provides jobs at Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc. The work is accomplished by individuals with differing abilities who are given the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in life.

As Bee Leaf Concepts donates a percentage of its bag sales to fighting human trafficking, Bee Leafers actively contribute to the greater good while enjoying the practicality, fun and stylish benefits of these bags.

Within the next 30 days, the company will announce a new partnership with a nonprofit organization that combats human trafficking of adults and children.

The Bee Leaf e-commerce site accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.
