Performance Horizon, the global leader in partner marketing technology, today announced the hiring of Fred Macaraeg as General Manager, Japan. Macaraeg will lead Performance Horizon’s Japanese business development from the company’s Tokyo office.

Mr. Macaraeg brings more than 20 years of experience in driving awareness and growth for enterprise technology companies doing business in Japan. Prior to Performance Horizon, Macaraeg was Regional Sales Director, Japan for SugarCRM, a customer relationship management software provider based in Cupertino, California. He previously managed sales, partnerships and channel relationships for companies including MICROS (acquired by Oracle), and salesforce.com.
