He brings nearly 20 years of experience in retail leadership as a leading industry analyst and as a practitioner of retail eCommerce and Marketing teams. In this newly created role, Adam will be responsible for continuing Theatro's rapid adoption within the world's most innovative retailers.
Adam most recently served as Principal Analyst at Forrester, one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world. At Forrester, Adam lead research and thought leadership of retail in-store technologies and strategies, and has been featured as a retail technology thought leader on NPR, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Internet Retailer. Adam also has extensive experience innovating and operating omnichannel retail businesses. For nearly 20 years, he has held eCommerce and marketing leadership positions for top tier retailers such as Target, Musician's Friend, and Wet Seal. During that time, Adam led significant digital transformation projects including selection and integration of enterprise commerce applications, created award winning digital shopping experiences including the first social commerce application, and developed award-winning brand strategies.
