Accurate Ratings and Other Rare Creatures: Effective Use of Performance Management Tech (4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m)
Dr. Steven Hunt, senior vice president of Human Capital Management Research at SAP SuccessFactors, moderates a panel of three senior HR leaders from New York Life, SRAM LLC and TranSystems to share examples of how their companies have effectively used performance management technology to drive value for their businesses.
