Ping Identity®, the leader in Identity Defined Security™, today announced its presence at Microsoft Ignite, September 26-30, 2017, in Atlanta, GA. Ping will participate in multiple sessions and provide solution demonstrations at booth 263.
Ping will focus on integrations that extend the value of Microsoft Azure for enterprise customers. Ping and Microsoft recently announced a partnership for Ping solutions to serve as a bridge to provide secure access from any device to all cloud and on-premises applications for Microsoft Azure Active Directory customers. The result is a seamless and secure single sign-on experience for all applications for all users on all devices, without the need for a VPN.
Ping will participate in two Microsoft sessions:
- “Protect your business and empower your users with cloud Identity and Access Management” - Monday, September 26, 2:15-3:30 p.m. ET. Ping CTO Patrick Harding will join Nasos Kladakis, senior product marketing manager for Microsoft.
- “Secure remote access to on-premises web applications with Azure AD” - Tuesday, September 27 at 5:05 p.m. ET with Girish Chander, principal PM manager for Microsoft.
The Ping Identity Platform is a unified, standards-based platform for identity and access management as a service (enterprise IDaaS) that can be deployed as SaaS, software or both, and can scale to handle millions of identities. From multi-factor authentication and single sign-on to access security and provisioning, these capabilities work together to give employees, partners and customers secure access to cloud, mobile and enterprise applications, securing and streamlining everything from sign-on to sign-off and everything in between.

Much of the value of DevOps comes from a (renewed) focus on measurement, sharing, and continuous feedback loops. In increasingly complex DevOps workflows and environments, and especially in larger, regulated, or more crystallized organizations, these core concepts become even more critical. In his session at @DevOpsSummit at 18th Cloud Expo, Andi Mann, Chief Technology Advocate at Splunk, showed how, by focusing on 'metrics that matter,' you can provide objective, transparent, and meaningful f...

Just over a week ago I received a long and loud sustained applause for a presentation I delivered at this year’s Cloud Expo in Santa Clara. I was extremely pleased with the turnout and had some very good conversations with many of the attendees. Over the next few days I had many more meaningful conversations and was not only happy with the results but also learned a few new things. Here is everything I learned in those three days distilled into three short points.
