iCIMS Named to Inaugural Forbes Cloud 100 List

Leading Cloud-Based Recruitment Software Provider Listed Among the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Cloud Companies

MATAWAN, NJ--(Marketwired - September 23, 2016) - iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announces its placement in the inaugural Forbes Cloud 100, which is produced in collaboration with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures. The Cloud 100 is a list of the top 100 global private cloud companies that seeks to identify and recognize the most promising and fastest-growing cloud companies. Fellow cloud companies that made this list include Dropbox and SurveyMonkey.

"We're honored to be recognized by Forbes as it's a testament to our strong focus of delivering the best cloud-based talent acquisition platform to market," said Colin Day, chairman and chief executive officer at iCIMS. "This honor motivates us to continue our growth while providing stability and easy-to-use solutions to our customers, especially on the heels of launching our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model, UNIFi, which is the first of its kind in the talent acquisition industry."

"Cloud companies are revolutionizing how businesses reach their customers today from digitizing painful manual processes to allowing them more time to focus on what they really care about -- what makes their products unique," said Forbes editor of the Cloud 100 list Alex Konrad. "Inclusion in the Forbes 2016 Cloud 100 list recognizes a company for its financial growth and excellence as recognized by customers and peers."

The selections for this award were made by a panel of industry expert judges using both quantitative and qualitative measures. The data is incorporated into a financial health score that is shared with the judges including revenue growth and financial status, as well as other key metrics from traction to the size of the company's market share.

iCIMS also recently received recognition for its talent acquisition platform from G2 Crowd, which designated the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Platform among the Top 25 Enterprise Software Products. The list showcases software products that have been rated highly based on customer satisfaction scores from enterprise users, defined as companies with more than 1,000 employees. iCIMS received a 9 out of 10 rating for satisfaction, with customers applauding its responsive customer support and comprehensive product.

iCIMS has experienced high growth for more than ten years, reaching a milestone year in 2015, surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue, and increasing employee count by 42 percent. The company also added more than 1,000 customers in 2015 alone, joining clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Kate Spade, and SiriusXM Radio. To further prove its position as an industry leader, iCIMS launched the first phase of UNIFi, a PaaS framework, earlier this year. UNIFi enables other developers to build and integrate applications that work seamlessly with the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite and includes a marketplace of the talent acquisition industry's largest ecosystem of third-party products.
