Appinium, a leading provider of content distribution and tracking solutions on the Salesforce App Cloud, has been selected by TPV.com as the application to drive its industry-leading verification and consumer protection process. Under the agreement, TPV.com will leverage Appinium’s ViewTrac application to store and access millions of recorded verification calls and Appinium’s LearnTrac application to manage training for the company’s more than 400 verification agents.
“We can’t be more excited to work with TPV.com,” said Steve Jacobson, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Appinium. “They’ve set the bar in the third party verification industry, and thinking differently about what’s possible is what we’re all about.”
The use case for the Appinium suite at TPV.com revolves around the company’s telephonic verification services. To date, TPV.com has performed over 41 million verifications on behalf of its clients, each of which is recorded and stored as an audio file for transaction validation and consumer protection purposes. These files will now be stored and accessed within ViewTrac in the TPV community built 100% on Salesforce, providing TPV.com with a seamless solution and vastly superior analytics. TPV.com selected GearsCRM to partner with for Salesforce integration.
"The Appinium solutions are gaining measurable traction in our base of call center clients," said Harry Radenberg, CEO of GearsCRM. "Their unique capabilities around learning management and digital media management on the Salesforce platform are meeting a significant need."
The audio files will also be leveraged in TPV.com’s internal training initiatives, along with videos and eLearning, which will be driven by Appinium’s world-class learning management system—LearnTrac.
“We evaluated all of the digital content platforms in the market that we could find,” stated Kristi Brown, Executive Vice President at TPV.com. “Nothing else even came close to meeting our unique requirements. But what truly set Appinium apart was their team’s willingness and capacity to work with us to create solutions our industry has before never seen.”

Without a clear strategy for cost control and an architecture designed with cloud services in mind, costs and operational performance can quickly get out of control. To avoid multiple architectural redesigns requires extensive thought and planning. Boundary (now part of BMC) launched a new public-facing multi-tenant high resolution monitoring service on Amazon AWS two years ago, facing challenges and learning best practices in the early days of the new service.
