Bango realiza una contratación clave para dirigir las operaciones en América Latina

Bango (AIM: BGO), la compañía de pagos móviles, anuncia que ha contratado a Fernando Dias para dirigir sus operaciones en América Latina. Esta es la iniciativa más reciente en la estrategia de Bango para ampliar el soporte mundial a los socios de tiendas de aplicaciones. Desde la oficina de Bango en San Pablo, Fernando dirigirá la implementación del mundialmente exitoso modelo de Bango con el objetivo de activar la facturación de servicios en toda la región.

Fernando, un ejecutivo de alto rango y con mucha experiencia en empresas de tecnología móvil, ha desempeñado un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de servicios de valor agregado en toda América Latina. Fue director ejecutivo de Pure Bros, uno de los pioneros en facturación de contenidos de telefonía móvil en la región, y más recientemente consiguió nuevos negocios para Minutrade, una empresa especializada en la fidelización de clientes de telefonía móvil.

El año pasado, Nextel e Iusacell concretaron los primeros lanzamientos de herramientas de facturación directa de servicios móviles para Google Play en América Latina, en México, todo ello con la plataforma de pago de Bango.

Como continente, América Latina representa una oportunidad muy importante para que las principales tiendas de aplicaciones aprovechen las herramientas de facturación. Con su extraordinario conocimiento del mercado local y su amplia red de relaciones a través de los operadores y tiendas de telefonía móvil, Fernando trabajará con los socios de Bango para facilitar el acceso a la experiencia completa de las tiendas de aplicaciones en toda América Latina.
