"As a seasoned technologist well-versed in the CLM space, my bar was extremely high, so needless to say the decision to join Icertis came with a very rigorous evaluation of the platform," said Nagi. "After careful review, I believe the Icertis Contract Management platform is second to none, and its robustness can deliver unparalleled benefits to every enterprise, in every vertical, in every geography. As CPO of Icertis, Nagi will lead the company's product management and drive innovation around forward-leaning technologies like blockchain, sentiment analysis, and machine learning.

"The addition of a distinguished technology veteran to our growing executive team is a strategic milestone on our journey," said Samir Bodas, CEO and cofounder of Icertis.
