VICTORIA, British Columbia, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pixel Union, a Canada-based design agency known for its world-class themes, apps and custom ecommerce solutions, today announced the release of Vogue, a new Shopify theme for online stores with high-quality lifestyle products. Vogue's built-in lookbook feature, the first of its kind in any Shopify theme, turns collections into editorial-style product spreads, alleviating the need for third-party apps or landing page builders and engaging customers in a rich experience on mobile and desktop devices. Continuous product scroll is another feature unique to Vogue, giving customers a smooth scroll between product pages without returning to the collection view. An extremely versatile theme, Vogue's array of customization options include colour palette, typography, navigation style and more, allowing merchants to brand the theme and bring their vision to life.

"Vogue is an incredibly sophisticated ecommerce theme, designed to put products in a lifestyle context and elevate collections in a way no other Shopify theme ever has done before," said Ben Moore, CEO of Pixel Union. "We put a lot of extra time and energy into getting the fine details just right, making sure presentation is perfect on every device. This is obviously a highly visual theme, and merchants with high-quality product photography are sure to be rewarded with a lift in customer engagement and conversions."

Vogue comes with three unique presets: Editorial, Elegant and Organic. The theme's homepage supports any number of product collections, which can be added to the homepage with an elegant, customizable colour background. Merchants can choose between a modest sidebar menu and a collapsible, mobile-style icon in the top left corner. The theme is designed to easily adapt as merchants' online businesses grow and evolve.

"We spent a long time working on this theme, so it's exciting to see Vogue finally in the hands of merchants," said Moore. "As theme providers, that's always the most rewarding part—seeing how our customers use our themes and hearing about how we help shape and grow their businesses."
