Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that it has been ranked #1 on the 25 Highest-Rated Public Cloud Computing Companies to Work For list by Glassdoor and Battery Ventures. Rankings were determined by employee reviews and company ratings shared on Glassdoor, an online jobs and career marketplace.
Ultimate currently has a 4.6 out of 5 stars employee-satisfaction rating on Glassdoor, with 94 percent of employee reviewers saying they would recommend Ultimate to a friend. Ultimate’s CEO, Scott Scherr, has a 99 percent approval rating on the site, and in June ranked #2 on Glassdoor’s Highest-Rated CEOs list among leaders at large U.S. companies, also based on anonymous and voluntary reviews by company employees.
“This ranking means so much to us because it comes from our people, our employees—our top priority,” said Vivian Maza, chief people officer at Ultimate. “Our ‘People First’ approach drives all we do at Ultimate, and it starts with taking care of our employees and their families, every day. That commitment extends to our customers through the innovative cloud solutions and comprehensive services we deliver, which are all designed to simplify and improve the work lives of professionals everywhere.”
In determining the 25 Highest-Rated Public Cloud Computing Companies to Work For list, Glassdoor and Battery Ventures considered public cloud companies with at least 30 reviews on Glassdoor as of August 2, 2016, and ranked the companies by highest levels of satisfaction at work, based on employee feedback provided to Glassdoor.
