Inovateus Solar Adds Gary Gigot and Tim Sutherland to Board of Directors

SOUTH BEND, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/16 -- Inovateus Solar LLC, a leading U.S. solar developer, EPC and supply company, has expanded its board of directors, adding Gary Gigot, co-founder and CEO of Vennli, and Tim Sutherland, founder, chairman and CEO of Middleburg Capital Development. The new high-profile board members will enhance the company's plans to further expand its solar services throughout the U.S.

Gigot and Sutherland join current board members Ashley Brickley, George Howard, and TJ Kanczuzewski, president of Inovateus Solar.

Gary Gigot is the co-founder and CEO of Vennli, a choice visualization and analytics platform company. He is the benefactor of the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame.

Gigot has served on various boards and has extensive experience in helping companies scale up. He will provide insights regarding the Inovateus company structure, marketing and sales strategies, key hires and capital requirements. His work with software-based companies will also bring a fresh perspective to opportunities in the solar energy realm. Engaged in regional business development, Gigot will also help promote Inovateus' efforts within the community.

Tim Sutherland is founder, chairman and CEO of Middleburg Capital Development. Before forming Middleburg Capital, he was the founder, chairman and CEO of Pace Global Energy Services, LLC, a leading global energy consulting and management firm that was established in 1976 and acquired by Siemens Industries in 2011. Sutherland is a Fellow of the University of Notre Dame and a member of the school's board of trustees, where he serves as chairman of the finance committee.

Sutherland brings to the board a vast amount of knowledge of the energy sector. He was a driving force behind the strategy and operations at Pace Global for more than 35 years, and will help the Inovateus board plan for the future. Sutherland's firm, Middleburg Capital Development, will also assist Inovateus' capital needs from an operational and project ownership perspective.
